Return and Refund Policy

I gladly accept returns.  All items must be in resell-able condition.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged.  Because of the nature of these items, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Damaged
Returns

If you want to return your item(s) as you no longer want them:-

- Contact me within 3 days of delivery
- Send items back within 14 days of delivery


Conditions of return

- Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
- Once checked, a refund for the return item will be issued within 14 days.   If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- If multiple items are purchased, only returns will be refunded.  Original postage will not be refunded.


Damaged/Broken

- Damages must be reported with 48 hours of delivery.
- Any refunds will require photographic evidence if damaged or by other enquiries (wrong item sent) etc. Without photos, we cannot issue refund.  A minimum of 2 photos will be required.  Photo's must be sent within 7 days of delivery/enquiry.  
- Damaged items will be refunded in full (only those that are broken/beyond use).  We cannot issue a replacement.
- Part refunds are offered if product can still be used (only slight damage).  This will be down to our discretion.



Sale items
- Sale items are non-returnable / non-refundable
- Replacements are not issued
