Shipping policy

1. All of our products are shipped via Royal Mail or Courier, using a tracking service (courier only).

2. If you suffer loss or late delivery, you must notify us in writing  to enable us to contact the courier.  This must be done within 14 days of the date of the relevant Order. If you fail to do so, we will not be liable to you for it, except where you are able to prove that it was not possible for you to notify us of your claim in writing within this time limit.  

3. If your parcel arrives damaged in any way, please accept from the courier and contact us straight away at dalbyhomeinteriors@gmail.com . We will kindly ask for supporting pictures. If you cannot provide photographs, we will not be able to refund you.  

4. We source the majority of our products from other suppliers.  These are sent to us before shipping to you, the customer to enable quality check.  There are some items which are handmade and are sold as seen.

5. Returns are permitted within 3 days of receipt of your items (see refund policy)

6. Returns are not permitted for bespoke or personalised items 

7. In order to issue a Refund for a faulty product, a minimum of two photos should be emailed to dalbyhomeinteriors@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. We may ask you to return the item back to us. If a fault is found and a resolution cannot be reached, we will refund the return postage.  Refunds on damaged goods, please see refund policy.

8. Refunds will be issued at the cost of the product and delivery charges (where applicable). 

9. Refunds will not be issued for bespoke and personalised items.  If a fault is found, please contact us to enable us to resolve it as quickly as possible
